Program builder
Build a program by weeks and days, from a template or from scratch, with a view of the week's muscle-group balance. You can also ask the AI for a draft program or training day.
Your clients already log their workouts and meals in Fitshare. As their trainer, you build them a program and a meal plan, send it straight to the app, and see on one dashboard who trained this week, what they did and how they're progressing.
Most personal trainers manage clients in three places: a program in a file, messages on WhatsApp and tracking in their head. Fitshare brings that together: the client logs in their app, and the trainer sees the same data on the other side.
The work happens in a browser-based trainer portal, comfortable on a computer, and inside the app on your phone. Every client has a profile with their program, logged workouts, a muscle and recovery map, cardio, nutrition, progress, measurements and notes.
The client connects with a code or link from the trainer, sees what will be shared and chooses for themselves. No extra app and no extra account.
Spreadsheets, PDFs and a WhatsApp group work with five clients. At thirty, something falls through the cracks.
| Topic | By hand | Fitshare |
|---|---|---|
| Training program | A file sent on WhatsApp, updated by sending a new file. | A program sent to the app, which the client accepts. Updates reach them directly. |
| Tracking adherence | Ask each client “did you train?” and hope for an accurate answer. | Weekly adherence and a feed of the last week's workouts, with the sets and weights. |
| Nutrition | Screenshots from another app, if at all. | A meal plan you build and send, and the client's meal log — if they chose to share it. |
| Communication | Messages mixed in with every other chat on your phone. | A chat with each client, a message to all of them at once, and feedback on a specific workout. |
| Things to remember | An old injury or a preference lives in the trainer's memory. | Notes on every client, and an intake questionnaire when they join. |

Change sets, reps or rest across many exercises at once — by week, workout, exercise or muscle group — instead of going one by one.
Build a meal plan, with an AI draft if you like, and send it to the client. See their meal log against the plan.
Who hit their weekly target and who missed, a feed of recent workouts and weekly check-ins from clients — at a glance, without opening each profile.
Direct chat with each client, one message to all of them at once, feedback on a logged workout, and exercises sent to their next session.
An old injury, a preference or what worked last time — kept on the client's profile. Your notes never reach the data the AI assistant can see.
Every trainer has a personal code and an invite link. The client downloads Fitshare, opens the link or types the code, sees the trainer's card and what will be shared, and confirms. From then on they appear in your client list.
Only what the client chose to share — training, nutrition or profile, for example. The client can change that choice or disconnect from the trainer at any time, from inside the app.
The management tools — clients, programs, meal plans, chat and notes — are free, and the app is free for your clients too. AI features, such as a draft program or meal plan, run on credits, with a larger free daily allowance for trainers. There is also a one-off paid white-label option: your name, colour and logo in your clients' app.
Yes. The trainer portal runs in the browser and is built for desktop work: clients, chat, calendar, programs, nutrition and analytics. On your phone you work from inside the app, with the same account.
Sign up in the app as usual, then get in touch through the support page. The team switches your account to a trainer account, which unlocks the trainer dashboard and the portal.
Download Fitshare, open a trainer account and send your first client the code. Your next program won't be a file.
