AboutWhat is FitShare?
FitShare is a fitness and nutrition app built in Israel, Hebrew-first from the ground up. You log a workout or a meal in one sentence, a voice note or a photo, and the AI fills in the log: exercises, sets, weights, calories and macros. Everything you log builds charts and personal records, and there's a community and tools for personal trainers. It runs on iPhone, Android and the web.

Who FitShare is for
- Gym-goers who want to log sets and weights without forms, and see progress and records over time.
- People counting calories or tracking protein and macros who want to log a meal from a photo or a Hebrew sentence.
- Beginners who need a ready plan — built-in Full Body and Upper/Lower programs are included.
- Personal trainers managing clients: programs, meal plans, chat, and a dashboard of who trained and what they ate.
- Hebrew speakers the big apps don't understand — FitShare was built for Hebrew, not translated into it.
What you can do in FitShare
- AI workout log: type or say “squats, 3 sets of 8 at 80” and the workout is logged with every set. There's also a rest timer and a history for every exercise.
- Nutrition and calorie tracking: a photo of your plate or a sentence like “schnitzel with rice”, and you get calories, protein, carbs and fat.
- Progress: charts, personal records and weight tracking that build themselves from everything you log.
- Community: a feed with photos, videos and comments, and a weekly leaderboard.
- Tools for trainers: clients join with a trainer code; the trainer sends programs and meal plans and sees only what the client chose to share.
- Free tools on the site: a calorie calculator, BMI, TDEE, protein and calorie-deficit calculators, and guides like the gym workout plan.
How much FitShare costs
Downloading is free, and logging workouts, the diary, the stats and the feed are open to use without paying. Only the AI features run on an allowance:
- 3 free AI uses every day. They reset at midnight and don't roll over.
- Each action is one use: logging a workout, a meal or a photo. A chat with the AI assistant counts as one use for the whole day — not per message.
- Extra credits are used once the daily uses run out. They come from in-app purchases, activity rewards and inviting friends, and each credit has an expiry date.
- A Plus plan raises the number of daily AI uses, and trainers get a larger daily allowance from their coach plan.
Your data
The database is hosted on Google Cloud servers in Israel. Media files (photos and videos), some servers and the AI service run on Google servers outside Israel (the US and Europe). Your training and health data is visible only to you and to a trainer you chose to connect with; it's never sold or used for advertising, and you can delete your account and all its data from inside the app. Full details are in the privacy policy and on the account deletion page.
FitShare is a tracking app, not medical advice. The numbers in the app and the calculators are estimates. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have an eating disorder, talk to a doctor or dietitian.
Questions about FitShare
What is FitShare?
FitShare is an Israeli, Hebrew-first fitness and nutrition app for iPhone, Android and the web. It combines a workout log and a nutrition tracker that fill themselves in with AI from a sentence, a voice note or a photo, with progress charts, a community and tools for personal trainers.
Is FitShare free?
Yes. Downloading and the basics are free: workout logging, the diary, stats and the feed. AI gets 3 free uses every day; after that you can use extra credits from purchases, activity rewards or inviting friends.
Does FitShare work in Hebrew?
Yes — it's the app's native language. It was built bilingual with a full RTL layout, Hebrew exercise and food names, and AI that understands spoken Hebrew, including voice notes.
Which AI does FitShare use?
The AI features are powered by Google Gemini; they're optional and need your explicit consent. Your name, email and user ID are not sent, and in the AI assistant you choose which data it can access.
Is FitShare for personal trainers?
Yes. A trainer connects clients with a code, sends them workout programs and meal plans, and sees who trained and what they ate — only what each client chose to share. There's also a trainer portal for working on a computer.
Does FitShare connect to Apple Health or Health Connect?
Yes, read-only: workouts, steps and weight from Apple Health on iPhone and Google Health Connect on Android. When both your watch and phone recorded the same workout, it isn't counted twice.
